Our works are printed on demand, made specifically for you. Each piece is created to order by our certified European partner — which is why returns for personal preference are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Item

We are committed to delivering products of impeccable quality. If you receive an item damaged in transit or with a print defect, we offer:

  • A free replacement of your order
  • Or a full refund

How to Report an Issue?

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact.stncl@protonmail.com
  2. Include a photo of the issue along with your order number
  3. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a solution

Wrong Order

If you ordered the wrong size or medium, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone into production, we can amend it at no extra cost.
