GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sales of the STNCL online store, accessible at stncl.art (or aria-98308.myshopify.com).
2. Products
Our products are artworks printed on demand on various media (posters, canvas, plexiglass, aluminium). Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen used.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes. STNCL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order placed implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. An order confirmation is sent by email. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment platform. Payment is debited at the time the order is placed.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products made to order.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks offered on STNCL are protected by copyright. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.
