Blue Neon Rain

In the pouring rain, a cluster of silhouettes moves forward, umbrellas held close, along a glistening street where a car's headlights are reflected. Everything is made of thousands of coloured dots — deep blues, flashes of gold and red — that make the light shimmer like neon. The city becomes a glittering mosaic, and the walk of the passers-by takes on the air of a procession in the downpour.
